Opening up the blog
Tonight, while I was looking at the blog, disappointed that there has not been a post in 3 weeks I had decided, maybe we should open the blog up to community members, for example we could submit an article, Tobii corp accepts it or rejects it, If accepted it gets posted, if rejected that person gets an email explaining why. Who thinks its a good idea that Tobii corp should open up the blog to the community...

Sorry for my crap explanation, what i meant is that it would be nice to be able to post actual blog posts not comments.

Yes Chris, I am back! :-). I wish I had more time to comment, but I assure you I read all your comments. I am very glad that you and Alin are so active here. We need here more people like you!... I'll do my best to comment as often as possible.

I will pass on your wishes to Sara, who is the main contact at Tobii for desgining the MyTobii Community website.
As for having additional users on the website.... That is our wish as well, we are discussing this website with new users and do advertise it. I would also like to encourage you all to mention it to any groups or organizations that you belong to.
I also suspect that there will be some natural ebb and flow to the quantity of people who visit this site. There have been people who work in the schools who have posted questions on this site in the past, and I know the Spring months are always very busy for school staff.
Thank you for your continuing input and ideas! And as I said, I'll pass on your request for posting blogs. At the moment, we try to post one new blog each month.

thanks for your reaction. I thought it was Sarah, who is in charge of this site but now I am sure in it. Trouble is, I haven`t seen her for a long time here. She must be very busy doing other work.
It may not show as a big number but I know of at least three people who I brought here. They are all very grateful for this. Also, there is a group on facebook around eye gaze technology where I have left comments about this site here. Not to mention that if someone watches my videos on youtube and shows interest in the technology, I try to divert them over here.

On my websites next major update (meaning changes to other things other than my blog) i plan to add a link to mytobiicommunity.com and tobii.com it may not be much but more in-links help google listings... and also a good deal of visitors to my site use AAC devices of some sort... not sure of how many tobiis are involved though.

I like the idea of others adding to the blog...especially users. It's nice to hear others that are going through the same things as you.

Just as an FYI...Cecilia also works with Sara and I saw her response on the other forum as well...so your input is going to the right place.
I think that any accessibility/usability suggestions would be great to have as well!
