Dear jturbo,
World of Warcraft can be played using eye-control with MyTobii D10 and a computer with sufficient specifications. You find the minimum and recommended requirements on the WoW community. I have not tried it myself and have no comment on how you interact with the game though.
If you have a MyTobii P10 it will probably not work. The graphics card is not optimized for gaming since MyTobii P10 is an AAC device and not a regular computer.
Good luck with your gaming! :-)

Joakim Isaksson:
As Lars says, a normal computer connected to a D10 is of course able to run World of Warcraft. However for gaze control to work, custom programming modifications to the input will most likely be required.

and ideas on true specs
I work in the game industry
you can find the P10 specs here:
http://tobii.com/corporate/products/mytobii_p10.aspx
and as a little add-on, here are the specs of the chipset inside the P10:
http://www.intel.com/products/notebook/chipsets/852gm/852gm-overview.htm
and, the P10 has a 1,5GHz Mobile Celeron CPU.
