Me and my C12 #4

Eye tracker doesn't want to start up.

All of a sudden, the eye tracker decided not to start up anymore. I got the following error message:

"An error occured when trying to start the TecSDK client network: The TecSDK Server application didn't start in a timely fashion, please check the server log file. -> Failed to start the application."

I tried to uninstall, repair the software, still got the same message. The final solution was to uninstall the CEye software, shut the C12 down, unplug the power cable, take the CEye module off, then power the C12 up, shut it down, unplug the power cable, put the CEye module back on, power up the C12, install the CEye software. The error message still popped up but the eye tracking works now. I hope next time I start up my C12 the error message will be gone.
