I just got my MyTobii and I love it. However, I am having trouble with the tracking motor. Sometimes it flickers red for awhile and starts working again. I do not understand why this is happening. Could someone help me with this problem? Thanks
For the tracking motors, as you call them, it is a normal function order to flicker / flash. Those red dots in the black parts above and under the screen are infrared sensors. The infrared light provided by them is then reflected from your eyes and that light is captured by the tobii`s camera.
In short, don`t worry about the red lights.

Erin Beneteau:
Hi there,
As long as the P10 is still tracking your eyes (you see the dot on the screen) it is working just fine. If you feel that it's not tracking your eyes, open the Track Status box to make sure that it's positioned correctly.
Chris is correct, the red sensors naturally flicker. They don't indicate if the P10 is picking up your eyes or not...the Track Status box will do that.
Kind regards,
Erin

Thanks for confirmation.
The Track Status monitor will tell you whether your eyes are visible for the P10. Also, don`t forget about calibration.
