I use the Grid 2 from Sensory software (http://www.sensorysoftware.com/thegrid2.html) with word prediction and the tobii`s software. Also experimenting with Gazetalk and have some experience with the VS Comunicator but as my first communication application was the Grid 2 and I can build my own grid sets in it.

In VS Communicator you have a number of ready-made keyboards that you are able to use writing in Notpad, WordPad, OpenOffice.Writer, MS Word or any other text editor that run on Windows XP.
You also have a simple text editor in the MyTobii Software with an Icelandic keyboard.
If you live in Iceland you have probably got your MyTobii from J. Eíriksson in Reykjavik. They also have VS Communicator 4 in their range. Please talk to Eyþór Eggertsson about writing with MyTobii.
